- Hyperactivity: I'm not saying start a marathon race, but maybe dance a little (by yourself or with your kids), play tag with them outside, practice yoga, or go for a light walk with some good weather and water. Take your mind off what you're doing and get your body moving. Even if you don't feel like it at first, push yourself out the door if you have to. Eventually you're mind and body will thank you for it.
